The process generally goes like this:

- Develop a solid self-care plan.
- Learn to manage and even embrace negative emotions.
- Learn to question thought and action patterns.
- Obtain your goal and find more peace in your everyday life!
I have very limited private coaching slots in any given month in order to give myself fully to you, my client.
By signing up for my private coaching you are making the active choice to take control of your mind and your life. You can choose to stay stuck or you can choose to move forward. Whenever you’re ready to move forward, I will be here ready to love and guide you through your journey.
I will ask tough questions. I will challenge your current belief system. I will push you to get down and dirty and take action in your own life. I will be your support and stand by you through everything.
When you are ready to “graduate” from working with me you will feel confident, you will be in control, and best of all you will no longer be held back by your limiting beliefs. Fear and overwhelm will be conquered and you will be transformed.

– 6 to 8 workouts designed around the type of equipment (if any) you have access to.
– Access to me via email ALL THE DAMN TIME. Email me with any question as they arise and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours MAX! Don’t worry about flooding my inbox, I want to hear all of the updates.
– Weekly progress check ins that have NOTHING to do with a scale. The scale is evil and makes us feel like crap even when we were feeling ourselves moments before.
– Did I mention this was all custom to you? For the cost of one in-person personal training session I got your back for a whole month, babe.
I’LL JUST TELL YOU WHAT TO EAT
– Weekly meal guide with HEALTHY recipes and grocery lists
– Meal prep style breakfasts, smoothies, and lunches (dinners can be made at an addition cost).
– Customized based on what food makes you go “yummmmm” and none of the foods that make you go “ick!”
tHIS WORKOUT PLAN WAS AMAZING!
I was not intimidated by the workouts, but they definitely were effective exercises that challenged me – meaning I started to see results quickly! The plan was flexible and was easy to squeeze into a busy schedule. I lost inches each week which indicated the workouts were making a difference and I noticed my “love handles” and double chin reducing as well as muscle gain and definition returning during this program. I would recommend Kristen’s program to anyone – whether you are trying to begin working out or just wanting to change up your routine.

I’ve been an exercise adverse, skinny but squishy girl since I left regular sports in high school. My goal for six weeks wasn’t to lose inches or pounds, but to establish a more consistent workout routine and maybe up my basic fitness. It’s so easy to say, “I’ll just find a video on Youtube and work out from home.” But when you start from nothing it’s even easier to say, “I’ll start tomorrow.” Working with Kristen forced that perpetual tomorrow to become today. Saying yes to this workout plan took one single, though impulsive (so I couldn’t talk myself out of it), baby step and I’m so glad I did.

I go through phases of being highly motivated and, well, a bit less motivated. In the past this has often led to feelings of guilt and depression. Working with Kristen has really helped me break through some of those points of resistance and persevere toward my goals. This is definitely NOT to say Kristen is a drill sergeant! Far from it!
