Doesn’t matter if it’s personal training, meal planning, or life coaching, my process is generally the same. I listen to you fully to get to know your needs, your specific life constraints, your preferences, and your goals. From there we come up with a plan of action that STARTS WHERE YOU ARE. What’s included:

– Weekly progress check ins that have NOTHING to do with a scale. The scale is evil and makes us feel like crap even when we were feeling ourselves moments before.

– Did I mention this was all custom to you? For the cost of one in-person personal training session I got your back for a whole month, babe.

Email Life Coaching

The process generally goes like this:

  • Identify a goal to work towards (this may evolve over time).
  • Look at the areas of your life that are causing you the most overwhelm.
  • Develop a solid self-care plan.
  • Learn to manage and even embrace negative emotions.
  • Learn to question thought and action patterns.
  • Obtain your goal and find more peace in your everyday life!

What’s included:

– Access to me via email ALL THE DAMN TIME. Email me as things come up and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours M-F. Don’t worry about flooding my inbox, I want to hear all of the updates.

– Weekly progress check ins on your main goal. Your homework (oh yes, there will be homework) will be based on your progress.

Meal Planning Services

What’s included:

– Weekly meal guide with HEALTHY recipes and grocery lists

– Meal prep style breakfasts, smoothies, and lunches (dinners can be made at an addition cost).

– Customized based on what food makes you go “yummmmm” and none of the foods that make you go “ick!”

*I also encourage you to let yourself eat the tasty things, like pizza, once a week! If you don’t allow yourself the foods you crave ever then you are more likely to binge later and then feel bad about it. Also a life without pizza sucks.

How does online personal training work?

Once this service has been purchased through paypal, you will receive an email with 48 hours with a fitness questionnaire (this will be sent to the email used on paypal- if you would prefer it sent to a different email please email support at kristen@kristenelysecoaching.com after purchase).

Based on your questionnaire I will begin writing your CUSTOM workout plan. The plan will include 6-8 workouts you will rotate through the month, depending on how busy your life is and your goals.

You will be able to email me at any time with questions as they arise. We will be doing weekly check ins using photos, measurements, or other things (but not the scale- I think the scale is evil and generally not a good indicator of progress). I respond to emails within 24 hours M-F (I like the idea of taking weekends off, so I can’t guarantee a response then but please still email me!). I will also follow up with you if I don’t hear from you after a day or so.

To recap, here is what’s included in personal training: 6-8 custom workouts each month, weekly email check ins that have nothing to do with the scale, access to me through email as any question comes up, me tracking you down if you don’t check in with me, and the plan will change to accommodate your progress each month.

I encourage you to write long novels to me with each email and really let your thoughts and feelings be poured into each email. I will lovingly support you but also push you to do the work to get you to your goal. I will be following up with you if I don’t hear from you after a day or so.

To recap, here is what’s included in life coaching: custom assignments and activites based on your goal and life situation, ability to email me any time something pops into your head, weekly goal progress check ins, me tracking you down if you don’t check in with me, and the plan will change to accommodate your progress each month.

Can I get a refund if I hate it?

If you do the work (send me the weekly check-ins, do the assignments, give me info as requested, etc.) but don’t see results, then I will refund the cost of the most recent purchase*

*you can’t get money for a whole year’s worth of purchases but I will refund the last month or 3 month plan you purchased).

Can I cancel a plan if I decide I don't want to continue?

All services are subscription based so that your service is not interrupted at any time. If you wish to stop a service after your current purchase you may cancel that subscription at any time. Cancel on paypal or email support at kristen@kristenelysecoaching.com for help.

Are you qualified to help people?

Yes! I am a certified life coach (Impact Coaching Academy), personal trainer (ACTION), and yoga teacher (200 hour Sacred Sounds Yoga). I also hold a Bachelors in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University.

I am not a nutritionist and cannot legally tell you what you need to be eating every day for optimal health or for the treatment of illnesses. What I can do, and I do this well, is help you figure out what to cook and how to meal prep to make healthy eating easier based around your preferences.

So I’m more than just a coach by name based on the selling of a multilevel marketing shake or workout video program.
