Oh food prep, how I still love thee. It’s made even more fun now that I actually get to take food to work again! Woo! So here’s this week lunches:
I’ve got some seasoned grilled chicken with steamed vegetables, zucchini noodles with turkey meatballs and grape tomatoes. Each lunch has a side of sweet potatoes- because lunch sucks without some carbs. Add in some protein smoothies and chocolate chip quest bars, and my macros and tummy are happy at work!

After making my and Anthony’s lunches, we decided to venture of to Coney Island and lay on the beach!
I enjoyed an original Nathan’s hot dog, sipped a beer in the sand, then played some Buck Hunter in the Arcade. I’m a pretty big fan of living in an area where a beach is just a train ride away!
