As I’ve shared before, one of my fitness goals is to do a handstand. I’ve made a plan to go from headstand, to a kick up headstand, to an arm balance, to the ultimate goal of a handstand. By making a specific goal with measurable achievements you can really see your hard work pay off!
I’m now able to easily do a headstand! Step one of my plan to do a handstand down, only 3 more steps to master left!
