Thin Mint Smoothie

I seem to have cravings for cookies and candy for breakfast… thank goodness for smoothies! Here is my “thin mint” smoothie:


Side note: I’m also starting to realize that all my smoothie pictures look the same… whoops…

What you need:


1 cup spinach or kale or green cubes

1/3 cup plain yogurt

1 serving of protein powder

Just a little mint extract

1 spoonful cocoa powder

flax or chia seeds

1/2 cup water

What you do:

Blend all ingredients and tell the Girl Scouts to scram.
