This dish is one of my quick dinners that I throw together if I’m not feeling very creative or if I’m lacking time.
What you need (makes one serving):
1 serving of pasta
1 cup broccoli
For the sauce:
2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sriracha sauce
What you do:
Cut up and sauté the chicken. Cook the noodles simultaneously. Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. Once the chicken is cooked, add the broccoli and sauce to the pan. Reduce the heat to low and let the broccoli start to absorb some of the sauce.
Once everything is cooked, toss it all together and enjoy! This meal comes in around 362 calories a serving.
