Shredded Chicken… minus the whole double fork thing.

Want to know a secret to making shredded chicken quickly and easily? Use a KitchenAid (I’m extremely biased with my love of the KitchenAid).

No more using 2 forks to tediously shred chicken!

Start by cooking some chicken breasts. I like to put them on a cookie sheet and bake them. I don’t add much seasoning, besides salt and pepper, because I tend to add shredded chicken to sauce filled dishes with lots of flavor.

Put the still warm chicken in your mixer, and slowly work up to high. Use the paddle insert, not the whisk! Within a minute or so, all of your chicken should be shredded.
