I strongly believe in the power of food prep for healthy living. I like to prep mine and my boyfriend’s lunches for the work week every Sunday. One quick and easy lunch idea is to grill or bake a bunch of chicken breasts, and place them on top of cooked or raw veggies. Simple. Want a little more to them? Add your favorite salad dressing (in moderation of course).
So that’s it. There’s no excuse to get fast food for lunch, since they’re already prepped for the week!
