Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Peanut butter cup smoothie… because who doesn’t like peanut butter cups???

What you need:

1banana

1 cup spinach or kale or green cubes

1/3 cup plain yogurt

1 serving of protein powder

1 TBSP natural peanut butter

1 spoonful cocoa powder

flax or chia seeds

1/2 cup water

What you do:

Blend all ingredients and enjoy! There’s no wrong way to enjoy this one!
