I truly cannot express my love of smoothies enough! They are my go-to breakfast, as I can pack so much nutrition into one portable cup. This PB&J smoothie is one of my all time favorites.
I’ve seen variations of this smoothie around Pinterest, and I’m fairly certain I found the inspiration for mine in an issue of Fitness Magazine a while back. What you need: 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup spinach or kale or green cubes 1/3 cup plain yogurt 1 serving of protein powder 1 TBSP natural peanut butter 1 TBSP flax or chia seeds 1/2 cup water What you do: Blend all ingredients and enjoy! *This post originally showed up on my Tumblr blog from 05/2014*
