Fresh garlic tastes far better than powdered and jarred. But it can be very difficult to finely chop garlic so that you don’t have a random garlic chunk surprise in your dish.
My solution to this problem: a zester.
Using a zester makes “chopping” garlic extremely quick and easy. Most importantly, it makes the garlic consistent in size.
