Clean-ish Eating Cinnamon and Chocolate Smoothie

What you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup greens (or green cubes!)
  • 1 cup-ish water
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • A couple spoonfuls of plain yogurt (yay probiotics!)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

What you do:
