I’m a fan of clean-ish eating. I say ish because I’m practical. I’m not going to make absolutely everything from scratch, and some convenience items at the grocery store are worth it. BUT I do try to use as many real ingredients as possible in the kitchen.
Which leads me to present to you my clean-ish eating chocolate chip cookies!
What you need:
3/4 cup oats (I used steel cut, because that’s what I had on hand)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
What you do:
I put the bananas in my Ninja blender. Liquified! Combine the liquified bananas with the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Spoon the mixture, on a greased pan, into small balls of future delicious cookies. My mixture made 24 cookies.
Bake in a 350F degree oven for 15 minutes.
Transfer to a cooling rack shortly after you remove them from the oven. Enjoy!
