Sandwiches and/or wraps are quick and easy, and make a great work lunch. Here is the recipe for my turkey, hummus, and avocado wrap.
What you need:
1 Flat Out wrap
4 Tbsp hummus (I used Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic)
1 serving of sliced turkey (I use Kirkland brand)
What you do:
It’s pretty self explanatory… But, spread the hummus on your wrap. Top that with turkey and then cover your turkey with the avocado. Roll up you wrap and enjoy! This wrap is around 361 calories.
