I’ve been on a binge lately taste testing alternative pastas. For my zucchini pasta experiment I used 1 medium zucchini, a mandoline slicer, and a knife. Carefully slice the zucchini into thin strips with the mandoline slicer. Cut those thin strips length wise to create “noodles”.
You can eat these raw, or cook them with a tiny bit of oil in a pan to soften them. Top with whatever pasta fixings your craving!
Side note: I really want a spiralizer! Vegetable “pasta” is so much easier to make with one! Look them up, they are pretty awesome!
