Roasted Tomatoes

What you need:

  • Tomatoes of your choice (I used grape tomatoes)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil Salt, pepper, and other recipe appropriate seasonings of your choice

What you do:

Slice or halve (depending on tomato size) the tomatoes and toss in a bowl with the olive oil and seasonings of your choice. Lay the tomatoes on a pan lined with foil. Bake at around 350 degrees. The baking time is extremely dependent on the size of the tomatoes, but I baked these grape tomatoes for 30 minutes. I recommend checking them every 15 minutes until you see them wrinkle up.
